1. How do we reach the meeting point ?
  A link to the location will be sent to your phone along with further details of the tour, the name and number of your Storyteller.
2. Is there parking available ?
  Yes. There is plenty of parking space around the meeting point.
3. Is photography permitted ?
  Yes, photography is permitted in the Latin Quarter. However, while doing so travellers must take care not to trespass on private property and respect the privacy of local residents. Travellers must respect signs and notices prohibiting photography in specific locations.
4. Do we need to wear face masks ?
  While it is not mandatory to wear face masks, we recommend using them.
5. Are Covid-19 protocols followed during the heritage walk ?
  All Covid-19 safety precautions will be taken by us. Our storytellers are all double vaccinated, wear face masks, maintain social distance and avoid physical contact. All enclosed spaces will be sanitised by us.
6. Are restrooms available ?
  There are a few cafes and restaurants around the meeting point where restrooms can be used after seeking permission from the establishment.
7. Will there be drinking water available during the experience ?
  Yes, there will be few stops along the trail where water will be available. However, we kindly request all guests to carry their own water bottles to stay hydrated throughout the experience. We strongly encourage the use of reusable bottles to support our commitment to sustainability.
8. What if we lose our way during the race ?
  Before we begin the race and team-bonding activities, each team will be equipped with maps of the neighbourhood and briefed on the guidelines to be followed. Our team members will be present in the neighbourhood throughout the experience to ensure teams stay on track and do not lose their way. At the start of the activity, participants will also receive contact numbers of our team members should they need any assistance.
9. Does this trail include snacks and refreshments ?
  This trail includes several pause points where we will serve refreshing drinks and treats. If requested and at an extra cost, we can also end this team-bonding activity with a meal at an Indo-Portuguese Heritage Home. For further details, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll be delighted to assist you.
10. Can we consume alcohol during the experience ?
  No. Alcohol consumption is prohibited for the duration of the race and team-bonding activities. Check out our Feni & Tapas Experience for a fun immersion into Goan Feni cocktails and cuisine.
11. Can this experience be conducted for a shorter duration ?
  Yes, we can customise team-bonding activities to your requirements. Kindly contact us to find out more.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel up to 7 days before the Experience start time for a full refund, or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start time.
- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
- If we cancel the experience due to unavoidable circumstances, then a full refund will be processed.
- For groups sizes of 15 and above, refund upon cancellation will be provided if cancellation is done 7 days prior to the booking date of the experience.
