Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms for Signature Experiences & Virtual Experiences:


Standard Experience

  •  We take a 100% payment to book any and all tours
  • No refund will be provided if cancelled in 48 hours or less before the tour start date & time.
  • All tours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled between 72 hours – 49 hours before the tour start time
  • Rescheduling a tour 24 hours or less before a tour start time will be subjected to a 50% service charge. The tour rescheduling is subject to availability and at the discretion of MAKE IT HAPPEN.

Private Experience

Participants are entitled to cancel the participation in the tour with a full refund of the fees (less 10% cancellation charges) provided that notice of such cancellation is sent to the Company at least 5 days prior to the tour or as otherwise specified in writing.

In the event of a late cancellation, the following cancellation charges will apply: 

  • Cancellation requested 4 days prior to trail or less: 50%

  • Cancellation, requested 1 day prior to trail or on the day of the trail: 100%

If a Participant is unable to attend a tour (without prior cancellation) for any reason, there will be no refund of any of the fees paid for the trail.

For Private tours, the above cancellation timelines are applicable even in case of reduction in group sizes. In case of a reduction in group size, cancellation charges would be applied on the difference between the price for the original group size and the price for the revised group size.

For private tours booked more than a month in advance

For all Private tours booked more than a month in advance, a confirmation can be secured by paying 50% of the total trail costs. The balance is payable at least a month before the Trail date to retain the booking.

Until a month before the trial date, in the event of any cancellation, the standard cancellation charges will apply only on the advance paid.

No cancellation charges will apply for any reduction in the group size, if made at least a month before the trial date. However, this does not apply to cases where the change results in the number of concurrent trails booked for the day. In such cases, the standard cancellation policy will apply for the cancelled Trail(s).

Cancellation Terms for Handpicked Experiences:

Our Handpicked Experiences are serviced by travel partners we recommend. Hence the cancellation policy will vary by Travel partner. Please read the specific cancellation terms on the product page before booking.

Refund shall be made under following conditions:

  • Booking was cancelled by MAKE IT HAPPEN.

  • Booking was not delivered to the recipient by MAKE IT HAPPEN. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient)

  • If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the services, MAKE IT HAPPEN management team will enquire and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund.

A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, MAKE IT HAPPEN management  team will evaluate if a booking qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer, MAKE IT HAPPEN are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.

Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.

In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund MAKE IT HAPPEN shall have the deciding hand.

MAKE IT HAPPEN may amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
