CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel up to 7 days before the Experience start time for a full refund, or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start time.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

If we cancel the experience due to unavoidable circumstances, then a full refund will be processed.

For groups sizes of 15 and above, refund upon cancellation will be provided if cancellation is done 7 days prior to the booking date of the experience.

How do we reach the meeting point ?
A link to the location will be sent to your phone along with further details of the tour, the name and number of your guide.
What is the best time for this experience ?
Between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
Is this experience suitable for kids and senior citizens ?
Definitely! This experience is open to guests of all age groups including children and senior citizens, as long as they are physically fit and do not have any mobility issues.
What is the size of a typical group ?
The number of guests depends on the bookings we receive. The average group comprises 3-4 guests.
What is the maximum group size ?
We can conduct this experience for a maximum of 8 guests.
Do you offer a pick-up or drop-off facility ?
No. Guests are required to arrange their own transportation to and from the starting point of the forest trail.
Does this trail include snacks and refreshments ?
While this forest trail does not offer snacks and refreshments, guests are more than welcome to bring along light snacks to enjoy during the experience since the tour is a few hours long. Guests must bring their own water bottles. We strongly encourage the use of reusable ones to support our commitment to sustainability.
Can we consume alcohol during the experience ?

What measures can we take to protect ourselves from insects during the trail ?
We recommend that guests apply natural insect repellents (lemongrass or citronella oils) to protect themselves without introducing harmful chemicals into the environment.
What is the ideal clothing attire ?
We recommend wearing clothes in muted, neutral colours for forest walks. Long trousers and sturdy shoes or gum boots are practical choices.
Are restrooms available ?
We encourage guests to use the restroom before the tour begins since we will be exploring nature. There are no facilities available either at the meeting point or during the tour.
Since this is a night trail, do we need to bring our own light source?
Yes, guests are required to bring their own flashlight or torch for forest walks.

We had the pleasure of being taken around the hidden gems to try the local feni cocktails and delicious goan specialities with the lovely bubbly Patulla.

She was very informative and good company. We had a great time with her!

The cocktails were all very yummy and sweet. Our favourite one was the signature cocktail in Kokum Curry and all of the dishes were delicious, but the pork roast in Welcom Heritage Panjim was just a cut above.

We took the divar island with breakfast tour with Yuvraj. He shared the amazing history about Goa and divar island with us. All the points we saw were amazing, so was divar island itself. Will surely try more of make it happen tours.

My husband found this fontainhas walking tour through Google. I’m usually not a fan of walking tours and history. We booked for 6PM and went. It was just the 2 of us. Hinaz was our storyteller and did an exceptional job. Her enthusiasm and passion kept us engaged throughout the walk and made the tour very interesting. We got to try the traditional goan sweet and drink. We were given post card souvenirs and there was also a surprise performance by goan musician Maxie at the end of the tour which we loved. Highly recommend this experience!!

Our story teller Hinaz was amazing and so knowledgeable. The tour is nice and easy, and it opens your eyes to many things that you will never notice if you are waking solo there.

We were hosted by Petulla, whose enthusiasm and warmth made the tour special. She's a passionate storyteller who brought the rich history and culture of this place to life.

We are history buffs who love understanding cultural context. We were hooked on every word.

The tour was highly interactive and made us feel part of the story of Fontainhas.

She was very considerate, often pausing to let us take photos and even helping us capture some great moments.

Her hospitality was exceptional, with visits to quaint cafés, bakeries, and eateries, where she treated us to some of the best local delicacies, offering us a taste of history in the most literal sense.

The highlight of the tour was a musical performance organised exclusively for us, with a talent young lady singing songs in Konkani, Portuguese, and Spanish on a ukulele.

It's a must-do for anyone wanting to connect with the roots of the city.

The tours with make it happen were so nice that we even booked three tours in our time in Goa.
Hinaz showed us the portuguese quarter with a lot of interesting information, typical sweets and meeting an elderly Goan Gentleman, who played local folksongs for us. It was lovely!

Sejal did the Feni and Tapas Tour with us and it was just a good time, with a lot of laughs and sooo good food and Feni.

Shiv showed us Port Agua and we completed our picture of Goan History in this region of Goa.

The tours were so rich in information and at the same time light and fun. Thank you!
