Review and recommendations
Up north in Anjuna, remote workers in search of stable power, internet, and wonderful home-style food have co-working space Clay at their disposal. Built inside a small heritage villa 80 seconds from the beach, Clay has flexible plans whether you wander in for an hour, want to spend the day or have a whole month in Goa. Internet is sourced from two different providers in case one goes down and the power back-up runs for 4-6 hours.
An amazing breakfast menu is full of homey Goan staples – brown rice poha, upma and sabudana khichdi. Parathas of your choice are available as are dosas, eggs and fruits. They put out a set weekly menu for lunch centred around healthy Indian dishes – dal, sabzi, rajma, chana, matar paneer and the like. They offer enough beverages to keep you hydrated. Coffee snobs need not worry, Clay stocks Bili Hu, a brand that sources Indian estate coffee from Chikmanglur.
